Remove Orphaned SuiteApp

Hello all,

I have an orphaned Suiteapp in our sandbox environment after two sandbox refreshes. The Suiteapp shows installed on the Suiteapp page, but none of the installation components are present in our sandbox environment. What is the best course of action to clear the "Installed" state and reinstall the SuiteApp?
