Workflow - Set Field Value not behaving the same for different fields.

Hi all,

Having an issue with my workflow here.

Currently, 2 and 3 are triggering and working but 1 is not.

1 and 3 are similar and change the Custom Form to MJE - Sales Order when the Customer MJE is selected. 3 triggers After Field Edit so as to update the SO to the correct form when selecting the Customer. 1 is supposed to happen on Entry if the Customer is MJE but is not happening. Any idea why this particular field won't update with an Entry action?

I tested this by creating 2 which as the same triggers and conditions as 1, but instead of setting the form it sets the Memo to MJE Workflow Test.
