Close Requisition (Close button function)

Hi Everyone

I want to ask, is there a function of the "Close" button on the requisition form. Same as in the Purchase Order form. Because there is a slight problem when you want to close the requisition you have to click edit then checkbox on the line then click Save. Meanwhile, I have a validation workflow requisition with the status "Approved" which cannot be edited. I tried to create a workflow for add button "Close" but it didn't work either. Please provide advice and guidance.
