Workflow not initiating
I have setup a Workflow to auto-approve Journal Entries that come in from another application through a SOAP integration.
The Workflow uses a saved search to identify which records are to be picked up to auto-approve.

The workflow has a single step to approve the Journal Entries:
When the Journal Entry comes through the integration, it is not being picked up by the Workflow.
This is being altered from the following setup:
- Journal Entries went through an Approval Rule. This moved the JE's through a specific approval rule process.
- I modified this approval rule to use a Saved Search to exclude entries from this particular application. This appears to be working. The JE's that come in for this particular application are not being picked up by the approval rule.
