Script Notifications
Hello,
I am working with a client who is receiving script errors and is wondering where the sender and recipients are pulled from.
I believe that the sender is the script owner, correct? Can this be changed without changing the owner or is this just how NetSuite works?
Then, then recipients, on this one particular script, I see that they have the box checked to notify all admins, however, there is a recipient who is NOT an admin that is receiving the error and I have no idea why this individual is receiving the error message.
