Should be 1,2,3,4 as well in edit mode
The Item No column on your purchase order. When you try to edit the purchase order, the Item No column on the transaction line level changes from 1,2,3,4 to 1,1,1,1.
- Open any PO record
- Scroll to the bottom part and locate line column “Item No.”
- Notice that the lines are sequentially stating 1-4
- Click Edit on the PO
Also, we create the sequence by going to CustomField > Transaction Line Field > Formula > {linenumber} Showing only 1instead of sequence during Edit Mode of a Record
