send email alert when Item Fulfillment status is shipped via saved search

I am trying to send an email alert to internal recipients set on email list as soon as specific item fulfillments are updated to shipped status. The status gets updated via an integration with our 3PL. I have tried many different methods and I cannot get the emails to trigger. Please can you help. The saved search is set up as per below:
