Using NetSuite Email to Case for Incoming Purchase Orders with PDF Attachments

We are exploring whether the Email-to-Case functionality in NetSuite could be used to better manage our shared customer service inbox and incoming purchase orders.
Our current process is:
- Customer emails purchase orders to a shared customer service inbox
- Purchase orders are typically attached as PDF documents/word docs
- Customer service manually reviews and saves the email and PDF to a shared drive, which is later attached to a sales order
- The purchase order PDF and email PDF are attached to the transaction, and a sales order is created manually
We process approximately 80-100 purchase orders per day, so we are trying to determine if we could use Email-to-Case as an intake mechanism so that:
