GL Report_P&L acccounts showing B/F balances while in "Period End" mode

Hi guys!

We are facing issues with period end journals.

We have run the task:

But even though we have enabled the "PERIOD END MODE" IN "GENERAL LEDGER" report, we keep see B/F balances in P&L accounts, while those should be zero.

Could you please advice why this is happening and how we can fix it? Also, why for some subsidiries period end journal entries have not been generated (screenshot 1 → 0 results)?
