Netsuite Ship central

Hi NS Expert,

I have issue with Netsuite ship central, below is the process :

SO > wave > Assigned Picker WMS mobil>. picking process

In Ship central menu :

Ship central > Packing

When I check in the related record in SO already create IF with packed Status :

bu when I go to ship central > shipping, I'm not able to continue the shipping process :

and when I change the filter :

process stuck in ship central > shipping.

Please someone can tell me which missing setup and configuration ? appreciate your help. Thank you
