Administrator role is not accessible even when added to the employee record
Hi team, I have faced the following issue:
The user has "administrator" role assigned to his employee record but this is not accessible for him, it´s not displayed in the list of available roles to be accessed.
I assume this might be due to any specific authentication method setup, but this is not clear to me. He told me they use Okta as the authentication method. Any ideas?
