NetSuite Transaction Titles in wrong language

Hi Everyone,

For our client all users suddenly have their transaction page titles in German.
The fields and rest of the UI is still in english, only the title changed.

Below are examples of a Sales Order & Purchase Order, but it's also on the Invoices as well.

As you can see the "Kundenauftrag" and "Bestellung" should be in English.

I've already checked the following:

  • Home → Set Preferences = English (International)
  • Setup → Company → General Preferences → Default = English (International)
  • Setup → Company → Subsidiaries = English (International)
  • Setup → Company → Company Information
  • Customer → Preferred Language = English (International)
  • Location is set to Netherlands
  • Browser → Translate Page = off
  • Asked Client to test in different browser = Still Open, hopefully answered soon.
