Email Alerts are not being Sent when Saved Search is Updated
In the Sandbox environment, I have a saved search of the customer type that tracks the addition of new prospects and sends an email alert whenever a new prospect is entered for the day. I test the saved search by flipping over a lead to a prospect. The saved search updates with the new prospects as intended, but no emails are being sent out to myself or my admin user group, which have been set up as recipients. I have tried a workflow with a send email action as well, but that did not work either. The screenshots I have
