Customer with 10,000 subcustomers
I have a customer/partner that is approaching 10,000 subcustomers. If I add a level to the hierarchy, will that solve the problem. What I have in mind is:
Top Level Parent > sub-parent 1 > 5000 subcustomers.
Top Level Parent > sub-parent 2 > 5000 subcustomers.
The TLP is also a partner, the sub-parents would also have partner relationships. The key is that I want to maintain that all the end customers roll up to the same top level customer/partner. So the two deeper questions are:
- Will 10,000 customers under the same TLP still cause a problem?
- If the concept above will solve the problem, would it also still work with a slight change… The end customers would have Parent Customer of Sub-parent 1 and sub-parent 2. But all 10,000 would still have the same original Partner.
