Bins Not Displaying on “Enter Bin” Screen During WMS Sales Order Picking

Hello All,

While attempting to pick a Sales Order through WMS, we encountered an issue on the “Enter Bin” screen where no bins are displayed. This is happening even though:

The item is bin-enabled
The location is bin-enabled
The item is correctly associated with bins

Could you please help us identify the possible cause and suggest a solution to resolve this issue
