Uncleared transaction under Bank Reconciliation

Hi,

When performing Bank Reconciliation for April, it's showing a transaction with date in April but posted transaction in May / different period.

It should be treated as an outstanding (different/unpresented) transaction in the April bank reconciliation.

What are the possible reasons that causes this concern. Thank you!
