Unexpected GL Impact Due to Negative Inventory

in Ask A Guru 2 comments

I’m seeing unexpected GL impact on the following transactions due to negative inventory:

Item Fulfillment

Inventory Transfer

Issue Component

To address this, I’ve enabled the Prevent Negative Inventory preference:

Setup > Company > General Preferences > Custom Preferences
Under Enhanced Validations and Defaulting, I checked Prevent Negative Inventory.

I also reviewed the case using the link below, but I couldn’t find the required records/forms listed there.

Please advise on how to resolve the GL impact for the records listed above.
