Quotas by sales rep and customer
Hi,
I am trying to get the output on a report of actual sales by rep and customer vs Quota by rep and customer (by period). I understand there is a limitation where quotas cannot be set by customer, so I was wondering what is the best way to achieve this. I tried setting up a new record type in the employee where I can add targets by customer and month, but then I can't get this to line up with the actuals from a customised report.
I would greatly appreciate some expert knowledge here
