Allow Empty Classifications on Journal

Hi All

Allow Empty Classifications on Journals at Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences on the General subtab under Classifications affects all NetSuite Users?

Is it possible to Allow Empty Classifications on Journals for specific Users only?
