SC Advanced Sign Up - Registration Submission Returns Error
Hi everyone,
I’m using the Advanced Sign Up extension on my SuiteCommerce website, but I’ve run into an issue during customer registration.
After filling in the registration form and clicking the Submit button, the page throws the following error message:
“There was a problem saving your information.”
I checked the Network response in the browser developer tools, and the response message is shown in the screenshot below.
Has anyone encountered this issue before?
What could be causing it, and how can I troubleshoot or fix it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
