Overdue Invoice Reminder returns with Permission Error

Sales rep in our Company can run dashboard reminder for all of his overdue invoices, but now running such reminder returns permission error, saying they need higher level permission of the "Transactions → Invoice" permission to access this page.

Sales rep have View permission for "Transactions → Invoice".

After research, we found out if we have the Invoice Saved Search with Main Line set to Yes, then sales rep won't be able to run such search any more.

We can not grant Sales rep any higher level Invoice permission beyond View access. How can they run saved search with Main Line is set to Yes.
