How Filter Date works at AP Aging Detail Report (Standard Report) ?
Hi Community,
I am having an issue when viewing the AP Aging Detail Report.
This issue occurs in both the standard and custom reports.
Here are the details:
- I have an AP Aging Detail Report with the filter date set to 12/31/2025.
- There is a Bill Payment #IF5TF52095395 with an amount of USD 82,107.28, and the Bill Payment date is 5/13/2025.
My questions are:
- Why does this Bill Payment still appear in the AP Aging Detail Report when the filter date is 12/31/2025?
- Also, why does the Amount Due (FX) show as -$8,308.80? How does NetSuite calculate the Amount Due in this report?
