VersaPay Charge to Customer
Hi Team,
We are using NetSuite payment links integrated with VersaPay and are trying to understand the best practice for handling payment processing fees.
Our business requirement is:
- VersaPay charges us approximately 2.9% to process credit card payments.
- For payments above USD 10,000, we would like the processing fee to be charged to the customer (payer) instead of being absorbed by our company.
- For payments below USD 10,000, we would continue to absorb the fee ourselves. How to charge on customer. VersaPay has confirmed that they do not support surcharge/convenience fee handling through NetSuite Payment Links
