Workflow Action "Add Button" Not Displaying or Functioning on Transaction Record

Hello,

I have a workflow with an Add Button action configured as follows:

Label: Resubmit for Approval

The workflow is active and the button action is configured on the appropriate state. However, the button is not functioning as expected on the transaction record.

Environment:

NetSuite
Workflow Action: Add Button
Button Label: Resubmit for Approval

Can someone help? I have attached screenshots for reference.
