NSAW problems logging in

User_NQL2C

I have a user that has view only rights in NSAW. They are trying to login but are getting stuck in a loop. When he attempts to login, he is redirected to the password reset page. However, when trying to reset his password, he receives a message stating his password has not expired and that no administrator has requested a reset.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Or can someone point me in the right direction to reset the password for NSAW?
