Have invoices print serial numbers (inventory detail) from the Sales Order in the item description

I have tried following instructions found in SuiteAnswers but both said to go to the Invoice, Customize, and "Click Printing Fields" but even as Admin, there is no "Printing Fields".

I just need to have Invoices print the serial number(s) in the description of the item. They don't have to appear on the Invoice when viewing it, but when the Invoice is printed.

Does anyone know how to do this?
