We've been importing bank transactions for years with the NetSuite default CSV parser, but today something has changed and every one is being rejected for an unprovided reason. The formatof the import files hasn't changed and I can't see anything that may trip it up. I tried a previously accepted file again and that also failed, but without any mention of possible duplication that might cause that to fail anyway. Edit: Also tried a really simple test file with no luck:
We don't believe there's been any work on the account, updates, etc, and from what I can find the default parsers cannot be changed by users (inc. admins) anyway.
Has anyone had this problem, or something like it?

P.S. I keep seeing mention of a Bank Statement Parsers SuiteApp which doesn't appear to exist on the SuiteApp marketplace. Is that out of date information, or could it be incompatible with our account? Just looking for potential alternatives.
