I have printed a price list for a customer, but one item (that I know of) is showing the incorrect price. The customer's price level is "A". This item doesn't have a price in price level "A" (in fact has no other pricing than base price) so it should be base price on the customer record. There is also no custom price for this item on the customer record.
I finally figured out the price that is showing on the price list matches another item in the same category on this price list that does have price level "A".
How / why is this happening?
Also, is there a way to specify which items show on a customer's price list? I was attempting to see if this item showed incorrect pricing on a different customer's price list and the item doesn't even come up on their list.
I can see that these price lists are not printing our entire catalog for each customer, I just don't know how / where to specify which items show for each customer.
