Updation of Master data, after addition of a new subsidiary in a one world account

My client wants to create a new Subsidiary on the a account, after implementing successfully for 6 subsidiaries.

As this subsidiary will be the child of an existing parent subsidiary, will it be linked on the existing master data which we have in the system? like vendor, customers, items etc.

If not, what are the ways with which we can mass update this process, so the end user has to do less manual work.
