I have DKIM setup in SB, I need to set it up in prod. Can I use the same Private and Public keys from SB or do I need to generate new keys in Prod? If I need to generate new keys, what do I do with TXT record with the ISP that was added for DKIM in SB? Thank you.

I've tried to configure DKIM for NetSuite. I've completed all the necessary steps. The record is verified and passes everything. But when i'm trying to send an e-mail from within NetSuite I still get the <system@sent-via.netsuite.com> . How can I get rid of that part, so that the mail will be sent from our domain instead…

DKIM between Sandbox and Production Account
Hi There I am setting up the DKIM for a sandbox account. I have received a confirmation saying this is verified. Do I copy across the keys and domain selector to the production account? Or does this have to be unique between the sandbox and production? (i.e. a new set of keys need to be generated?) thanks

Any emails sent from Netsuite have post.spmailtechnol.com website address in the top
Hello, We noticed that since 2021 new year, all mails sent from Netsuite have spmailtechnol website address in the top. So some emails are identified as spam emails by customers and suppliers.
