Defect? DKIM for domain name status shows "Ready", but DKIM validation fails
Greetings,
I'm noticing that some DKIM entry records will continue to show a "Ready" status in NetSuite even if the CNAME records are not valid.
For example, NetSuite Email preferences show, a "Ready" status but, using a third-party tool to verify DKIM fails and an NSLOOKUP returns "non-existent domain".
Does anyone know if this a defect or is this expected behavior?
NetSuite removed the option to manually validate DKIM records so there's no way to verify in NetSuite.
Third party DKIM validation return:
DNS query failed for 'usfesx4xxx._domainkey.domainname.com':NXDOMAIN
A public-key (p=) is required
Command: nslookup -type=CNAME usfesx4xxx._domainkey.domainname.com 8.8.8.8
