delete packages after carrier auto creates one
After manually creating a package and filling out the weight, a new package record is automatically created. Certain carriers will delete the first package record, but some do not. We have to go back and delete the first record. Is there a way to automatically delete the first record or stop the new one from being created?

What are my backup options if Integrated Shipping is not working?
We are going live with the native Integrated Shipping and have configured accounts for both UPS and Fed x 2 (per location). What are my workaround options, in case the integrated shipping functionality fails to work at go-live? Can labels still be printed and orders shipped and fulfilled?
