hi Team, I am new user to Netsuite WMS. Quick question, In WMS mobile picking page, where we enter the qty to pick, system is not recognising we have scanned a UPC code and keeping a tally. It just shows an error that picked qty is more than order qty. below is snip of our tally scan setting:
