WMS Mobile Menu Icons

Is it possible to run a condition on a menu icon in the WMS mobile to say if this then show Icon1 else Icon2? Since there is not a notification system in place, I thought maybe I could try to use some logic to change the icon if there is work to do underneath it. For example, show an image with an exclamation point if there are bin replenishment tasks available.
