シナリオ

ユーザーがプロジェクトタスクでパートナーにタイムエントリを割り当てていますが、パートナーは顧客のプロジェクトタスクに割り当てる必要があります」というエラーが表示されます。



解決策

A. アドバンスパートナーのロールを作成する

  1. 設定> ユーザー/ロール> ロール管理に移動します
  2. アドバンスパートナーンセター:カスタマイズをクリックします
  3. 名前:名前を入力してください
  4. 許可をクリックします
  5. トランザクションをクリックします　
    注:すべての必須フィールドについて、ドロップダウンメニューを使用して選択し、調整したら、必要に応じて[追加]をクリックします。
     ●　トラックタイムを追加
     ●　水準:フルを選択
  6. リストをクリックします
    注:すべての必須フィールドについて、ドロップダウンメニューを使用して選択し、調整したら、必要に応じて[追加]をクリックします。
     ●　プロジェクトタスクの追加
     ●　水準:フルを選択
     ●　ジョブを追加する
     ●　水準:フルを選択
  7. 保存をクリックします


B. パートナーレコードを編集し、手順1で作成したロールを割り当てます。
リスト> 関係> パートナーに移動しますパートナー:編集をクリックしますアクセスをクリックしますアクセス付与:チェックマークを入力しますロール:ロールを選択　
注:これは、ステップ1で作成されたロールです。保存をクリックします
C. パートナーとしてログイン
  1. 活動> スケジュール> プロジェクトタスクに移動します
  2. プロジェクト:編集をクリックします
  3. タイムトラッキングをクリックします
  4. 新しい時間をクリックします
    注:フォームに入力し、従業員フィールドのデフォルトがパートナーレコードであることに注意してください。
  5. 保存をクリックします


別の解決策は、ベンダーと同等の他の関係を持つパートナーを設定することです。
  1. リスト> 関係> パートナーに移動します
  2. パートナー:編集をクリックします
  3. 関係をクリックします
  4. その他の関係:新規(+)をクリックし
  5. 保存をクリックします
注:これにより、パートナー/仕入先をリソースとして追加できるようになります。そうすることで、パートナーは特定のプロジェクトタスクのタイムトラッキングを実行できるようになります。さらに、ユーザーはパートナーをリソースとして設定することはできません。これは、パートナーが従業員または仕入先のみを受け入れるためです。
