在庫評価レポートと貸借対照表在庫勘定の調整

シナリオ

在庫評価レポートの合計が貸借対照表の在庫残高と一致しない可能性があります。在庫評価レポートは、アイテムとその値に影響を及ぼすトランザクションに基づいています。貸借対照表の在庫金額は、勘定科目帳残高によって決まります。在庫勘定科目を使用して仕訳、手形、小切手および預入などのアイテムに直接リンクされていないトランザクションは、差異の原因になる可能性があります。このトランザクションは、勘定科目帳に当たると貸借対照表に反映されますが、在庫評価レポートには反映されません。
 



解決策

  1. レポート> 財務> 貸借対照表へ移動する
  2. 在庫勘定名をクリックする
  3. 総勘定元帳詳細レポートを表示する
  4. カスタマイズをクリックする
  5. フィルタータブをクリックする
    1. フィールドを追加セクションで、財務フォルダーをクリックする
    2. アイテムをクリックする
      1. フィルター: 空白を選択する
      2. 完了をクリック
    3. フィールドを追加セクションで、財務フォルダーをクリック
    4. 勘定科目(ライン)をクリックする
      1. フィルター:と等しいを選択する
      2. 複数(矢印)を選択する
      3. アイテムレコードで使用されるすべての資産勘定を選択する
      4. 完了をクリック
  6. 保存をクリックする

注:このレポートには、アイテムを含まないすべてのトランザクションが表示されます。これらにより、2つのレポートで差異が発生する可能性があります。
