条件に日付フィールドを設定すると、結果には、少なくとも1つの時間入力レコードがある従業員のみが表示され、その週に時間入力が入力されていないすべての従業員が削除されます。
解決策
- トランザクション> 管理> 保存検索> 新規作成に移動して、従業員検索を作成します
- 従業員を選択
- 条件タブ> 概要サブタブ:フィールドに以下を設定
- 概要の種類 = 合計
- フィールド = 計算式(数値)
- 計算式 = NVL({time.durationdecimal},0)
次に、説明を「は40より少ない」に設定します
- 結果タブで、次のフィールドを追加
- 名前、概要の種類 = グループ
- 計算式(数値)、概要の種類 = 合計
- 計算式 = {time.durationdecimal}
- 検索に名前を付ける
- 保存&実行をクリック
