トランザクションを保存するときに、ユーザーが「無効な税金コード:xxxx-税金勘定が定義されていません」というエラーを受け取りました。



解決策

  1. エラーの税金コードに有効な税務管理勘定と税務当局があることを確認します
  • 税金コードの税務管理勘定と税務当局を確認してください
    • 設定> 会計> 税金コードに移動します
    • 税金コードの横にある表示をクリックします
    • 税務当局と税金務勘定科目をメモします
    • 税務管理勘定科目が有効かどうかを確認します
      • 設定> 会計> 税務管理勘定に移動します
      • 無効のレコードも表示チェックボックスをオンにします
        注:無効のチェックボックスがオフになっていることを確認してください。
        • 税務当局が有効かどうかを確認します
          • リスト> 関係> 仕入先に移動します
          • 無効のレコードも表示チェックボックスをオンにします
            注:税務当局の無効チェックボックスがオフになっていることを確認してください。

        1. その税金コードの税務管理勘定科目がトランザクションの子会社に関連付けられていることを確認します(OneWorldの場合)
          1. リスト> 会計> 勘定科目に移動します
          2. 子会社の下で勘定科目で編集をクリックします
            注:トランザクションの子会社が選択されていることを確認してください。

        2. 税金コードの利用可能日は、エラーの発生元のトランザクションタイプ(購入トランザクションまたは販売トランザクション)に適用されます。
          • 利用可能に設定:税金コードが両方の取引タイプ(購入取引または販売取引)に適用される場合は、両方を選択します。
        3. それでも問題が解決しない場合は、税金コードレコードの税金タイプの値を再度切り替えてから、利用可能日フィールドの値を設定します。
