ユーザーは、月次の連結貸借対照表レポートを作成したいと考えています。ただし、レポートで使用されている補助コンテキストが統合されている場合、表示列で会計期間を使用することはできません。
現在、会計期間ごとに連結貸借対照表を実行する機能は現在システム制限であり、機能改善#130536「OneWorld:会計期間、週などごとに連結貸借対照表(残高の時点を表示)を実行できるようにする」で追跡されています。
解決策
代替ソリューションとして:
- レポート> 財務> 貸借対照表> 概要をカスタマイズに移動します
- 列を編集タブ> フィールドを追加セクション> 財務フィールドの横にある[+]記号をクリックします
- 金額を選択します
- レポートプレビューセクションで、列ラベルフィールドに入力します(例:2019年1月)
- 代替日付範囲の種類 = 今日の日付と比較
- 累計値のチェックボックスをマークする
- 代替日付範囲 = (カスタム)
- 現在フィールドで、必要に応じて期間を選択します(例:2019年1月31日)
- レポートを保存する
