NetSuite管理者ヒント|新規Nexus状態の追加後に消費税が適用されるようにする
新しい州に拡張する場合は、システムで追加の消費税ネクサスの場所を設定することが標準的な方法です。
関連する州税コードおよびグループ(SAID: 8045Importing the State Sales Tax Table)をインポートすると、すべてが正しく構成されているように思われるかもしれません。ただし、まだ税金がトランザクションに適用されていない場合は、新しいネクサス州を適切な子会社に割り当てるという、見過ごしやすいステップが1つあります。
NetSuiteのようなシステムでは、新しく追加されたネクサス状態は、すべての子会社に自動的にリンクされません。各ネクサスは、それらの状態で動作する特定の子会社に手動で割り当てる必要があります。このリンクがないと、子会社に課税義務があることが認識されず、その結果、トランザクションに税金は適用されません。
修正方法:
1.「設定」>「会社」>「子会社」に移動します。
2.「編集」をクリックして子会社を変更します。
3.「Nexus」サブタブに移動します。
4. ドロップダウン・リストで、その子会社に適用可能な新規に作成されたネクサスを追加します。
5.「保存」をクリックして変更を適用します。
このステップの後、新しく追加されたネクサス状態の1つでトランザクション(注文書など)を作成します。これで、適切な消費税アイテムが想定どおりに移入されます。
