Escenario
Este error puede deberse al registro personalizado de la transacción que el usuario está intentando eliminar. El soporte no tiene una manera de identificar el registro personalizado específico. El usuario necesita conocer su propia personalización y cómo se utiliza en la transacción. Una vez identificadas, pueden realizar cualquiera de las siguientes opciones.
Solución
1. Cambiar la configuración del registro personalizado
- En el separador Validación y valores por defecto, permitir la supresión de valores de lista/registro y permitir y establecer valores de campo dependientes en nulo
