Imprimir cheques y formularios> Vista previa de impresión no disponible con Safari

Escenario
El usuario no puede ver la Vista previa de impresión cuando imprime cheques con el navegador Safari.
1. Ir a Transacciones > Gestión > Imprimir cheques y formularios > Cheque.
2. Seleccionar una Cuenta.
3. Tipo de cheque = Estándar.
4. Marcar los pagos.
5. Imprimir.
Resultados:
1. Sin vista previa de impresión.
2. La página vuelve al estado original y los pagos seleccionados no se eliminan.
Solución
1. Use otros navegadores como Chrome, Internet Explorer o Firefox.
2. Verifique con el Departamento de TI del usuario si hay problemas de bloqueo de red.
Esto podría ser simplemente un problema del explorador y no un problema NetSuite.
