Escenario
El usuario navega a Transacciones > Compras > Introducir solicitudes de cotización > subpestaña Proveedor y agrega Nombre del proveedor. Sin embargo, el usuario notó que el contacto no se puede agregar al proveedor seleccionado, incluso si en el Registro de proveedor > pestaña Relaciones > subpestaña Contactos se proporciona información de contacto.
Solución
- En Búsqueda global, busque el registro de proveedor y luego verifique si tiene la misma Subsidiaria que la de la solicitud de cotización
Nota: Verifique si el Tipo de proveedor = Empresa, si es un individuo no se agregará el contacto.
