Escenario
Al guardar un registro. un campo no obligatorio puede ser guardado sin un valor y los registros no podrán determinar el valor correcto del campo. Para requerir que los campos personalizados tengan un valor, el campo necesita establecerse como obligatorio para crear reportes y registros precisos.
Solución
Hacer el campo obligatorio en la Configuración del campo personalizado:
1. Navegue a Personalización > Listas, Registros y Campos > [Campo personalizado], donde [Campo personalizado] es el tipo de campo a configurar.
2. Haga clic en Editar en el campo apropiado.
3. Haga clic en la supestaña
