Pago ACH > Cómo editarlo y mostrarlo en la cola de aprobación nuevamente

Producto: NetSuite 2019.2
Escenario
Se completó un pago de ACH; sin embargo, no lo aprobó el aprobador de 2o nivel de la compañía; su estado de pago de factura sigue siendo Pendiente de aprobación. Dado que se crea mediante ACH, no habrá ningún botón Editar disponible.
Solución
A continuación se detallan los pasos a seguir:
- Vaya a Transacciones > Cuentas por pagar > Ver estado de pago del cliente del proveedor
- Localice el lote en cuestión
- Confirme que el estado es completo y la respuesta es S0005
- El Cliente debe llamar a Coastal y solicitar cambiar la Respuesta de
0
