Escenario
El usuario deseaba actualizar de forma masiva el campo Fecha de finalización estimada del reconocimiento de ingresos en una suscripción con Término inicial = Evergreen.
Solución
1. Prepare el archivo CSV con las siguientes columnas:
- Introduzca ID interna de suscripción
- Introduzca Nombre de suscripción
- Introduzca Fecha estimada de finalización del reconocimiento de ingresos
2. Actualizar suscripción a través de la función Importar
1. Navegue hasta Configurar > Importar / Exportar > Importar registros CSV
2. Escanear y cargar archivo CSV, establezca:
- Tipo de importación: Transacciones
- Tipo de registro: Suscripciones
