Escenario
El error se produce cuando un usuario intenta realizar una Actualización de Roles para los Mosaicos del Panel de control. Esto se debe principalmente a los roles inactivos que se establecen en el registro de Mosaico del panel.
Solución
- Verificar Roles Inactivos
a. Vaya a Configuración > Usuarios / Roles > Gestionar Roles
b. Mostrar Inactivos: Marque la Casilla
c. Tome nota de los roles inactivos
2. Verifique si alguno de los roles inactivos está configurado en cualquiera de los registros de Mosaico del Panel de Control
