Escenario
Un usuario de nómina importó una comisión y la autoriza. Pero es necesario revisar los importes de la comisión.
Ejemplo: El usuario de nómina debe revisar los importes de la comisión importada. La Edición en Línea no es una opción porque hay cientos de líneas de artículos. Cuando el usuario de Nómina intenta volver a importar el archivo de comisión revisado, aparece el error.
Solución
El error significa que el tipo de transacción (por ejemplo, factura, venta en efectivo, reembolso en efectivo, nota de crédito) con un número de transacción similar ya existe bajo el nombre del empleado y no se puede anular. Para resolver esto, es necesario rechazar y eliminar la comisión en el sistema para poder importar el archivo revisado de la comisión.
