Error de envío de IVA > "Error de autenticación. Se produjo un fallo en la validación de las credenciales de usuario proporcionadas para el servicio solicitado".




Solución

1. Vaya a

Informes > IVA/GST > Informes fiscales (internacional).

2. Seleccione la subsidiaria para la que va a enviar el informe > Elija el formulario Reino Unido.

3. Haga clic en el botón Configuración > Declaración de impuestos.

4. Asegúrese de que los detalles de los campos de esta página están definidos correctamente.

No de registro de IVA (asegúrese de que solo contenga valores numéricos)
