Actualizar ID Externo de Segmento Personalizado Mediante una Actualización de Importación CSV

Escenario
El ID Externo de un Registro se utiliza para hacer referencia a un objeto mediante su clave ajena en una Base de Datos Externa. Por ahora, no es posible actualizar el ID Externo de un Segmento Personalizado a través de la Interfaz de Usuario. El único modo de actualizar o cambiar el ID Externo de un Segmento Personalizado es mediante la Actualización de Importación CSV.
Solución
1. Cree un Archivo CSV que tenga el ID Interno del Registro de Segmento Personalizado que necesita actualizarse y el ID Externo preferido que se utilizará
